How to apply for assistanceYou can apply for assistance from Pharmacist Support in the following ways.
By telephone: contact our general helpline on 0808 168 2233 for a discussion in the first instance. We will then be able to determine what type of help you may require.
By email: you can email our office directly on info@pharmacistsupport.org or through our website using the ‘contact us’ section. Once we receive your email we will aim to respond within two working days. Usually a member of staff will call or email you if you prefer.
If you wish to apply for financial assistance, we would advise that you contact us to discuss your application first before completing an application form.
To submit an application for financial assistance, just download a copy of the form using the link below, complete and return to us at the address on the form, together with the required documentation.
